FinnSonic Chemical Cleaning Lines provide a combination of chemical and mechanical cleaning effect.
The process can be intensified by using ultrasonics in chemical tanks. Use of ultrasonics shortens the treatment time and reduces risk of part corrosion due to aggressive chemicals.
Both manual and fully automatic solutions are available with wide range of options.

FinnSonic Chemical Cleaning Lines are designed and configured to fully comply with scheduled maintenance programs defined by MROs. FinnSonic lines are also available with wastewater treatment (WWTP) and air treatment solutions that are specified based on the required treatment processes. Typically, wet scrubbers are used for air treatment and WWTPs are evaporation or neutralization plants.

Aqueous cleaning is usually equipped with ultrasonic. Rinse stages include options for cold, hot and spray with DI-water. High pressure spray booth is for manual treatment of complex parts.
