Due to the smart technical solutions, equipment reliability and customer-oriented technical support, FinnSonic has gained the position as a trusted partner among the world’s leading aviation companies. We are a growing company, founded in 1979, from Lahti Finland. We employ 30 people directly and indirectly we have over 100 persons making and selling our products and services.

Windmills for renewable energy

We use 100% renewable energy

Sustainability

FinnSonic is using 100% renewable electricity for the operations at our head office and factory in Lahti, Finland. In October 2022 we have switched our heating to use  100% renewable energy from local sources, produced only a few kilometers away from our factory.

Green heat (vihreälämpö) by Lahti Energia Oy is 100% carbon dioxide-free. The origin of the fuels used for the heat production is verified annually.

Cleaning and FPI Product Development for Export Markets

FinnSonic has started a product development product co-funded by the EU. The purpose of the project is to develop products that meet the specific demand in different markets better than ever. The project includes both technical and usability features.
During the project, new information about the properties is produced by means of prototype testing. Testing is carried out e.g. in Finnish educational institutions.
